It's interesting that the chicken nuggets have more carbs than the coke. There must be a lot of "not chicken" in them!

There's a lot of not chicken, but the Coke isn't a fair comparison - the nuggets have over 4 times the calories as well.

The coke is mostly water. And 8 oz of coke is really not a lot.

100, but I think today my only goal is to keep writing things down no matter how bad it looks, since my usual strategy is to just stop keeping track. *lalala, I don't see these calories!*

That's fine, and recording regardless is a very good thing. So goal is 2000/100 then?
