I'm making these posts public so my weight-loss support group friends can see them. Oooo, scary :). They're definitely kink-tolerant, so I'm not going to worry about side comments that sometimes end up in here, and anyone who finds this accidentally will just have to deal :).

Woke up with a headache *again*. This is making things difficult, especially since I'm beginning to suspect my pain medication as the cause.

granola bar-90/6
chicken nuggets-220/13
cottage cheese 110/5
pretzels 110/20
cheese 60/0
2 hot dogs 300/0
chips 600/50
dip 75/0
Pepsi 100/23

total (so far): 1765/127

The fact that my total calories was still under 1800 despite the 775 calorie snack tells me that maybe I gobbled up the chips because I didn't eat enough "real" food during the day. Hrm.

After I fell through the floor, I was taking a lot of ibuprofen for a week or two. After a while, I started having headaches. It turns out that ibuprofen can CAUSE headaches!

doh! I've never had that problem with Advil, but it stands to reason that Mobic might have the same side effect. Bleah.

I'm impressed that the chicken nuggets have more carbs than the granola bar. Um, eww?

I'm guessing McD's (or similar), with breading containing both sugar AND starch.
Remember McD's puts sugar on their fries.

These were Wendy's, which while not the best choice are a bit better than McD's.

What are the carbs measured in? Are they total or "impact" carbs? What's the guidelines?

Total grams. I'm not exactly sure what my goal is, but I think somewhere around 90, especially if I chose the carbs wisely (which you can see I didn't today), is a good number for me.
