Goal for the day: do something other than self-destruct. Don't know what exactly, and don't know how, but there you have it. I'm going to start by trying to make myself go to the grocery store instead of McDonald's on the way to therapy.

cheese
part of an apple
turkey sandwich (on wheat, with lettuce)
sourdough pretzels
granola bar
chicken McNuggets
small handful of fries
Coke
1/2 a bag of potato chips :/

Sounds like a good idea. I find it helps to remember the feeling of how eating wrong affects me. I don't know if that would work for you.
