I have no idea what, if anything, I'm going to change about my eating habits. Today I got the idea of low-carb into my head (after breakfast, obviously), but I don't know how hard I'm willing to work at that right now - I'm already thinking about sandwiches for dinner. Whatever. For the moment, this is just a record.
