I have no idea what, if anything, I'm going to change about my eating habits. Today I got the idea of low-carb into my head (after breakfast, obviously), but I don't know how hard I'm willing to work at that right now - I'm already thinking about sandwiches for dinner. Whatever. For the moment, this is just a record.

2 hashbrowns
Coke
almonds/cashews
2 hot dogs
cottage cheese
slice of cheddar
steak sandwich
corn on the cob
5 small chocolate-covered cream puffs

A suggestion...
Instead of eating two hash browns, have one. Still hungry, have a piece of toast or a hard boiled egg.

Instead of two hot dogs, have one, still hungry, grab some celery or carrot sticks. or have two dog, but no buns.

You'll still be eating the foods you like and crave, just less of them.

The rest of the things on the above list seem fine, well except maybe the coke, can you drink diet coke or unsweetened iced tea instead? Or if it has to be sweetened tea, use splenda or another no-cal substitute?

*shrug* Don't change anything. Just get to know what's really going on, and see how you feel about how it really is right now.
