Hmm. It's looking like 30-40% of my calories from carbs is a decent number. I have no idea if that's low enough to get good results, but it seems to work out to that when I have a reasonable combination of foods, so I think I'm going to aim for that for awhile and see what happens. Having a few more carbs from good sources also seems to discourage the binging to some degree.
